We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Doncaster. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of peopleResponsibilities Help people gain more independence in their daily lives Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues Support with supervision and ordering medication Ensure the people we support are helped to manage their finances Maintain a focus on why you chose this work, keeping Seniors at the heart of day-to-day support Qualifications Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker Level 3 in Health & Social Care Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma Why choose us?We embrace people’s differences and encourage you to Be You.
