Bauer Media Group is on a bold transformation journey—and we’re looking for an Organisation Design Expert to help us reimagine how we work across our digital and technology functions.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate with senior leaders across Europe to design structures and operating models that enable innovation, agility, and performance.What You’ll DoLead organisation design projects for our technology teams and support or lead additional OD projects as required.Translate business strategy into effective structures, roles, and ways of working.Apply OD frameworks (e.g., Galbraith Star Model, McKinsey 7S), processes and tools to real-world transformation challenges.Facilitate design workshops and capability-building sessions.Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment, clarity, and future-readiness.Contribute to Bauer’s broader transformation by embedding OD best practices.What You BringA strong understanding and experience of organisation design (ideally within, but not limited to, the technology sector/function)Experience of applying and working using a variety of agile approachesConfidence in facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity.Ability to think systemically and translate complex challenges into practical solutions.A collaborative, curious mindset with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.Experience working in dynamic, complex, change-oriented environments is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a major transformation following a large acquisition.Work in a flexible, hybrid environment with autonomy and variety.Join a team that values intellectual challenge, collaboration, and innovation.Make a tangible impact on the future of work in a leading media-tech group.About Bauer Media GroupBauer Media Group is one of Europe’s leading media companies, reaching over 61 million listeners weekly and publishing more than 500 million copies annually.
