Organisation Design Specialist Location: London, Bristol and Norwich Salary: National circa £43,000 - London circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills and experience) Are you someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys working with data and people, and is excited by the opportunity to influence how Aviva is structured to deliver its strategy? We are seeking an Organisation Design Specialist to support our Workforce Transformation strategy. This role could suit someone with experience in organisation design, either in-house or consultancy, who’s ready to take the next step and work across a variety of business areas. A bit about the job This role sits within the Workforce Transformation & Planning team and supports the delivery of Aviva’s organisation design strategy. You’ll work closely with the Organisation Design Lead to deliver senior grade role sizing, manage Aviva’s job architecture, and conduct detailed analysis to drive organisational efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll support delivery of future–state designs that align with Aviva’s strategic goals, engaging and influencing senior stakeholders in the People function as well as relevant business stakeholders. Skills and experience we’re looking for Experience in organisation design delivery, ideally in-house or consultancy Job evaluation & architecture knowledge Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with org design tooling (Orgvue, PowerPoint, Co‑pilot) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights Workshop facilitation and problem‑solving skills What you’ll get for this role Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too. And one of the ways we live up to that promise is by investing in you.
