Working in a challenging and dynamic environment, the team enjoys the responsibility of maintaining the infrastructure and relationships with over 50 investment banks in Europe. Job Responsibilities Work closely with external (clients & dealers) and internal stakeholders (sales, development, marketing etc.) to produce new and innovative trading functionalities Analyse dealer, client & product performance to identify opportunities for growth Develop FIX Protocol knowledge with the goal of independently analysing FIX messages to quickly identify and resolve trading issues Create engaging presentations & statistical analysis for the European Equities client base Regularly maintain external relationships and proactively seek opportunities to engage with Tradeweb’s dealer community, looking for ways to provide excellent client service Provide ongoing support and training to the dealer community on Tradeweb products and enhancements; including conducting demonstrations of the system to a broad audience (e.g., Trading, Sales, Technology or e-Commerce) Implement strategy to ensure maximum dealer support of functionality/trade types is achieved Project manage the implementation of new products, product enhancements and dealers ensuring seamless delivery is achieved Take ownership to ensure the platform performs as expected and investigate, communicate and work with technical teams to resolve any problems Core hours of work are between 8 am and 5:30 pm, but may have to work outside these hours on occasion. Some overseas travel may be required.
