About the Role As Product Manager you will: Deliver great product placement and ‘wow’ wearable outfits. Consistently deliver strong visual standards with the customer journey at the forefront of every decision. Confidently duty‑manage all areas of the store operation including service, people, and operations. Empower the team within store to deliver for the customer by always putting customer experience at the centre of decision making. Use commercial tools to drive actions that support store performance. Support the Store Leader to deliver on store KPIs, including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, voice of customer, RFID, and people KPIs. Ensure compliance with health & safety and other operational standards. Develop the store team to deliver a high‑performing, motivated, and engaged store team who feel valued and recognised. You’ll Be Perfect If You have a strong commercial mindset and thrive in a fast‑paced, data‑driven retail environment. You’re passionate about fashion and have a natural flair for visual merchandising and creating stunning store layouts. You possess excellent problem‑solving skills and can quickly adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on business objectives. You’re both creative and analytical, able to turn sales data into actionable insights that drive store performance. You’re an inspiring leader who can motivate and engage your team to achieve ambitious goals. You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in presenting a well‑organised, visually appealing store. You’re proactive, results‑oriented, and always seeking new ways to optimise product placement and sales opportunities.
