Compliance Specialist is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining Treetech’s HSQE systems to ensure ISO certification is upheld. In alignment with HSQE they will take ownership of Treetech’s document control system, looking for functional system improvements to maximise efficiency and processes.Your duties would include:Support our management team and be responsible for coordinating compliance activities, company policy updates, HSEQ System Management, with the support of the HR & HSQE Manager to ensure all KPI's, Safety & Sustainability targets are met.Responsible for managing the HSQE Management system (Damstra) ensuring all events, incidents and activities are completed and done so in a timely manner.Leads the investigation of all incidents to ensure that reporting is completed to an exceptionally high standard.Is responsible for the execution of internal audits and supports any external audits, ensuring systems and processes are complaint.Works closely with the training manager to ensure all compliance and competency training for employees is current, ensuring the annual training plan is current and up to date.Develop & maintain the Document Management System.Manages the document review calendar, ensuring that all documents are reviewed as per the planner, in a timely and efficient manner.Develops and manages all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliancy.Works closely with Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure documentation is compliant, legally binding and in alignment with industry standards.Drives employee participation for HSQE within the business.Your skills and experience:At least 5 years’ experience in a compliance related field.Good understanding of ISO framework related to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001.Practical knowledge of effective QA, HSE & HR systems, processes & best practice operationsStrong organisation, planning with a good attention to detail.Strong written & verbal communication and ability to build and maintain relationships.Initiative, problem solving and ability to juggle multiple tasks.We offer:A great team culture, in a supportive environment.A well respected and established family owned and operated business.A leader in technology & innovation in the Arboriculture sector.This is an excellent career opportunity to join an innovative and progressive business, that is focus on ‘Leading the way in Urban Forestry Management.’ Our employees enjoy excellent working conditions in a supportive and friendly team environment, where we recognise and reward success.
