**About the Role**
We are looking for a Recruitment and Compliance Administrator to join our growing Associate team. This vacacny is to work along side another administratorand report to the Recruitment and Compliance Lead. The team sits under the management of the Head of Clinical Logistics and works closely with the Asscoaite capacity team to monitor Associate capacity and recruitment needs.
Our Associate pool is a flexi-bank of clinicians, whom undertake the ND assessments.
**Principle duties and repsonsinbilities**
- Advertisement of Associate vacancies, sourcing and screening on a direct basis.
- Process applicants efficiently by screening CVs and experience surveys, forwarding a to the designated clinician for review.
- Undertaking all compliance in line with the requirements of the clinician group.
- Ensuring safer recruitment is adhered to throughout all aspects of your work.
- Maintenance of compliance, ensuring all expiration dates are updated prior to expiring i.e, DBS checks, right to work checks and professional indemnity insurance renewal.
- Ensuring right to work checks are carried out in accordance with the audit schedule i.e, professional body, licence to practise checks with the GMC and HCPC.
- To provide weekly recruitment reports and reports to the team Lead when requested.
**Person specification**
- Experience of working within a recruitment or compliance role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and positive approach.
- Understand the importance of attaining and upkeeping compliance documentation.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritise workloads and manage different tasks at once.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm professional demeanour.
- Committed to providing the best quality service and building relationships with external recruitment agencies.
