You must have the passion to safeguard, inspire, and help young people achieve positive outcomes. You will need to: Experience working in a Children’s Home with Children under the age of 17 year old. Provide day‑to‑day support, care, and activities to children and young people. Manage challenging behaviour with professionalism. Work as part of a therapeutic team alongside psychologists and specialist services. Be flexible to work shift patterns, including sleep‑ins, evenings, and weekends. Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
