Senior Branch Manager – Dartford, Kent We’re looking for an inspiring leader to drive our dynamic team in Dartford. Benefits Negotiable package based on experience and hiring manager discretion Six months supplementary payments to support pipeline building Uncapped commission scheme A company car or monthly car allowance Fully funded Level 2 Estate Agent qualification training course Career progression opportunities Company‑wide Elevate incentive programme Employee Assistance Programme A Day in the Life Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team Coaching the team to achieve KPIs Assessing individual performance through one‑to‑one meetings Encouraging team development and progression Generating new and repeat business Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging viewings Negotiating offers and closing sales Ensuring risk‑averse business and compliance with all regulatory bodies Essential Skills Full UK manual driving licence Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior negotiator, property valuer or higher estate agency role Team spirit and enjoyable working environment Effective communication and trusted relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues Business plan creation and execution for the branch Competitor performance monitoring Strong understanding of current estate agency legislation Time‑management and high‑volume workload handling Outstanding customer service reputation Self‑initiative and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) Attention to detail and good telephone manner Legal Right to Work Full UK driving licence Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) Proof of right to work through passport or birth certificate Proof of address, National Insurance and driving licence check required for the recruitment process Armed Forces Covenant haart is a forces‑friendly company offering many estate agency roles to those considering leaving the forces.
