**MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A BRANCH MANAGER FOR BUSY OFFICE**

**Basic Salary circa £25,000 DOE £45/50,000 OTE + Car Allowance**

My client is an independent agent that has successfully built up two successful branches. They are currently seeking a **Branch Manager** to manage the busy flagship office.

**Your responsibilities**
- To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
- Carrying out viewings
- Sales Progression
- Negotiating and agreeing offers on properties
- Carry out valuations and listings
- Various ad hoc duties
- Managing staff performance
- Providing training and support to staff

**Experience & skills**
- Experience in property sales
- Experience generating new business/canvassing
- People Management
- Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
- Full clean UK driving licence and car
