OverviewJob Title: Personnel Security, Investigations and Insider Risk LeadLocation: Any UK Digital Intelligence site. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary: Up to £65,000+ dependent on skills and experienceResponsibilitiesLead on all aspects of personnel security across the Digital Intelligence businessDevelop and implement a Security investigations capability to ensure incident response, subsequent investigations and recovery are managed in accordance with BAE processes across the Digital intelligence businessWorking with Digital Intelligence security and wider business functions (i.e. HR, Legal, Ethics, Enterprise IT Security), ensure a holistic security response is applied to the review, triage and management security incidents across all Digital Intelligence-related businessesSupport the delivery of a Group-led Insider Risk programme across the Digital intelligence business, ensuring Insider Risk activity is consistent with related policies, procedures, and agreementsEnsure effective personnel security measures are in place to recognise and mitigate insider risks and protect BAE Systems (and Customer) critical assets and informationMake recommendations to improve security, implement protective and detective measures and identify solutions to prevent incident recurrence which address the root causePromote a collaborative and trusting Digital Intelligence Security community, building close and trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support and enable a holistic approach to personnel security and Insider risk mitigation strategiesQualificationsEducated to degree level (or equivalent) in a related disciplineDepth of experience and a good understanding of managing critical security incidents, including high consequence security investigations involving sensitive information and high levels of physical, reputational, legal and business riskManagement experience ideally in the security sector (law enforcement, military, national security, industry) providing security advice in a large organisation, including across organisational boundaries and in differing jurisdictionsExperience in managing multi-disciplined teams to achieve high level resultsPreviously delivering security management and protecting high value assetsUnderstanding of the Digital Intelligence business context in which the role operates as well as a good understanding of the wider national security, defence and government landscapeUnderstands the business strategy and priorities and delivers solutions that best meet themBenefitsAs well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive.Sites, Facilities & Infrastructure TeamWe have a proud heritage of collaboration in the management and support of military bases and other complex infrastructures worldwide.
