We’re looking for a Brand Programme Manager to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Purpose of the role Working with the brand team, the Brand Programme Manager will support the implementation of our brand strategy across the AJ Bell business. The role will coordinate the delivery of projects that bring our brand promise to life, across our direct to retail investment platform, our advised business, and range of internal and external group websites. Key Responsibilities Shape and drive delivery of a programme of work designed to deliver our brand promise ‘Feel good investing’ within our visual identity. Support the brand team with the strategic end‑to‑end planning and implementation of the project across the organisation. This includes scoping and resource planning. Support the coordination of multiple projects and workstreams, helping align timelines, objectives and key dependencies. Manage the programme governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication structures. Act as the central point of coordination, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure scope, deliverables and timescales are clearly communicated. Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and documented, keep action logs. Identify and manage potential risks by putting mitigation plans in place. Ensure that projects are closed in a controlled manner with effective handovers to BAU. Support and enable the business to meet its regulatory requirements, including consumer duty. Competence, knowledge and skills Competence Proven experience in project management and change implementation At least 7+ years of experience in programme management within a marketing, brand or transformation contexts. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including internal and external contacts Highly organised and able to work to demanding deadlines High attention to detail in all aspects of work A proactive and solution‑orientated approach A strong understanding of brand and marketing Internal Relationships Product owners across the Group, most notably: Marketing teams UX and website teams Product teams Customer service teams HR and internal comms PR Compliance and legal External Relationships Brand agencies Marketing and PR agencies Creative, production and media agencies Research agencies About us AJ Bell is one of the fastest‑growing investment platform businesses in the UK offering an award‑winning range of solutions that caters for everyone, from professional financial advisers to DIY investors with little to no experience.
