Role Overview Drive brand awareness and consideration by developing and executing Media, PR, Influencer, and online sampling strategies for the UK and Ireland. Support the maintenance of brand equity, ensure we reach our target audience, and uphold a brand image aligned with our luxury vision and strategic objectives. Assist the Senior Brand Manager and lead projects that deliver the annual programme of agreed marketing activities aimed at achieving profitable, sustainable growth. What You’ll Do Building from the global NPD and marketing calendar, assist the Senior Brand Manager in defining the UK&I marketing campaign and PR strategy, with a focus on driving brand awareness, consideration and conversion amongst relevant target audience to meet business objectives. Assist the Senior Brand Manager in planning the Media strategy for the UK&I in support of yearly campaign plans and in line with brand positioning as well as audience targeting strategy. Lead the development and implementation of the Media campaigns collaborating with the Creative team, in support of key campaigns or evergreen brand positioning. Manage the day‑to‑day relationship with the media agency. Lead the PR & Influencer strategy for the UK&I in support of yearly campaign plans, in line with brand objectives and collaborating with the digital team. Manage the creation of all supporting materials (press releases, lookbooks, influencer briefings etc), own PR & influencer event and seeding strategies. Manage the day‑to‑day relationship with the PR & Influencer agency. Drive product trial and lead generation by putting together and implementing the online sampling strategy, working hand in hand with the digital and CRM teams. Support the Senior Brand Manager with strategic internal presentations. Ensure ‘wash‑up’ reviews are operated for all campaigns. Report back on each major initiative, including budget and associated sales performance. Effectively oversee the management of the PR budget for the UK&I and track spend in a timely manner. Required Qualifications Degree level or equivalent + 3 years Marketing experience including Media, PR and influencers management, preferably in the Beauty or Luxury industry Experience managing the day‑to‑day relationship with the media agency and PR agency Experience managing a budget and optimising spend Passionate about Beauty products, brands and Luxury retailing. Passion for PR, influencer and media management - always aware of industry trends. Proactive with a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering tangible results, using learnings from past campaigns. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills. Highly creative. Thinks outside the box.
