OverviewAccess Talent Group are currently seeking a skilled Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join a new developing team in the West Midlands, United Kingdom.You will be joining a growing and new team working on a diverse range of projects from local community infrastructure schemes to strategic national projects. They currently have developments including 100 unit and a 10,000 urban development extension, and schemes in the care home and industrial sectors. The role involves taking on workload, running projects, meeting clients, and being a front member of the team. The successful candidate will develop Junior Engineers and contribute to project work and the team’s direction.If you have a diverse skill set with UK development infrastructure experience or drainage design experience and are interested in shaping your career with a new team, please reach out. Responsibilities Take on workload, run projects, and meet clients as the front member of the team Develop junior engineers and contribute to project work and team direction Collaborate with a civil infrastructure team on local and national development projects Qualifications BEng or preferably MEng in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification Chartered status or current progression toward chartership Experience in Civil Infrastructure design (road design, below and surface water drainage, plot drainage, cut and fill) Experience with Section 104, Section 106, and Section 38 applications; involvement with Section 278 is a plus but not essential Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D / PDS / Site 3D and Microdrainage or Causeway flow Strong team management and mentoring skills Proven UK development infrastructure experience Salary: Competitive.
