You’ll own results, support field operations, and help build a team of high‑performing Brand Ambassadors. Our Direct Sales channel has grown 5x since 2022 and is set to double again. You’ll drive thousands of customer acquisitions, run hundreds of events, and play a key role in a company doubling revenue year after year. This role operates Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off; you’ll play a lead role in managing events across the weekend, ensuring Brand Ambassadors have the support they need when they need it most. We’re offering a competitive salary with performance‑based bonuses (£30k‑£40k basic, £70k‑80k OTE).
