As the Applications Specialist you will play a pivotal role focusing on providing expert-level applications support, training, clinical education and guidance for Hologic’s Molecular Diagnostics solutions.ResponsibilitiesActively work with the Regional Sales Manager and help develop, achieve and maintain regional business growth and market share.Work directly with laboratories to ensure the seamless implementation and optimal use of Hologic’s technologies.Deliver on-site and remote training, support system integrations, and troubleshoot technical or application-related issues.Ensure that our customers can maximize efficiency, accuracy, and diagnostic performance while adhering to laboratory best practices and regulatory standards.Assist with workflow optimization, conduct user training on Hologic’s diagnostic systems, and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as product development, engineering, and customer support.Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to provide tailored solutions and expert insights to Hologic’s customers.Drive client satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and support the successful adoption of Hologic’s innovative diagnostic technologies.QualificationsSignificant experience in a laboratory/medical setting using molecular diagnostic instruments and techniquesExperience working directly for a vendor in a clinical support role is idealHighly motivated with ability to work proactively and independentlyAbility to build strong relationships with team members, vendors and customersExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishHolds current drivers license of relevant classWillingness to travel extensively (60 - 70%).Why Join Hologic?Be part of a company that is making a difference in women’s health.Work in a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and development.Competitive salary, bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative products.Job DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: Medical Equipment ManufacturingIf you are a dedicated Applications Specialist that is looking for an exciting opportunity to develop, don\'t hesitate - Apply Today #J-18808-Ljbffr
