We’re seeking a motivated and technically capable Application Specialist with a degree or higher in analytical chemistry or a related scientific field. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with experience in laboratory-based analysis, preferably elemental analysis, and a desire to apply that knowledge in a customer-focused application-driven environment. You’ll need excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation as this role involves delivering training demonstrations and technical support both remotely and on-site. A keen attention to detail, along with a structured and independent working style, is essential. You should be confident managing your time, prioritising tasks and adapting to changing demands. Duties & Responsibilities Carry out and evaluate application measurements to support product performance and relevance Deliver technical product demonstrations, webinars and training (on‑site and remote) Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments ensuring high performance and reliability Support customers throughout the pre‑sales and post‑sales process Develop tailored application solutions based on specific customer needs Present technical findings clearly to both customers and internal teams Contribute to application development and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with R&D on prototype testing and validation activities Ensure all work complies with quality standards and project objectives What we offer...
