Production Supervisor

The role is a full time, permanent position based in Grangemouth working Mon to Fri, days.

As Production Supervisor, you will need to demonstrate highly people-oriented leadership skills, where you can influence change, get the best out of your people and instil a continuous improvement mindset. Reporting into the Production Manager, you will support in leading your team in respect of ensuring that the site runs as efficiently as possible to meet stringent KPIs, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction targets. An engaging and collaborative approach to leadership will continue to ensure a strong focus on teamwork, in which people feel valued and that they really are part of the overall success of the business. Key areas of responsibility include driving continuous improvement initiatives leveraging LEAN / Six Sigma methodologies, maintaining H&S compliance and ISO-standard operations in a high-volume, fast-paced and customer-critical environment. Ideally you will be IOSH qualified with solid literacy/numeracy skills, and a sharp eye for detail and hygiene standards.

Experience of Lean and 5s would be an advantage.
