Collaborative. The Role We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Lead, where you'll be instrumental in unlocking scale across our international markets. Just over a year ago, we launched international markets and are rapidly scaling. We're currently live in 20+ countries and have ambitious targets for this year. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll directly manage our paid Meta channels in ROW markets, and partner closely with our agency for Meta & Google management in the UK, US, and ROW PPC. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This means diving deep into basket economics with our Finance team, understanding the nuances of each market, and collaborating closely with our in-house Creative team to build bespoke assets that resonate with diverse audiences. This is a unique opportunity to gain an in-depth view of how to launch and scale international markets from every angle, alongside driving continued growth in the UK. You'll work cross-functionally with various teams across the business, giving you a holistic overview of the brand. Develop and execute the paid social strategy in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Lead Set up, monitor, and optimise paid social campaigns for ROW, ensuring daily control of ROAS and spend to achieve growth targets Support the Digital Marketing Lead in monitoring profit against targets and ensuring alignment with finance for UK, ROW and US markets Work closely with external agencies on strategy across platforms, ensuring strategies are implemented & opportunities are explored Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis and reporting on campaign effectiveness and performance for markets Develop and execute a market testing roadmap with trade and creative teams to drive growth through localisation improvements Additional ad-hoc tasks to support the digital marketing team What You'll Have 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid channels for an e‑commerce brand – experience in fashion is a bonus Proven track record of managing large budgets effectively to hit performance targets Strong analytical skill set, you are confident drawing actionable insights from data to optimise campaigns and refine strategies Agency experience is preferred, but not required Solution‑driven and detail‑oriented: You're always looking for the “so what” behind the data to drive impactful improvements Creative mindset: You have the ability to identify and leverage market and consumer trends Highly organised: You can efficiently manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable thriving in a fast‑growth‑focused environment You consistently embody and role model our brand values You’ll Be Rewarded With Competitive starting salary and great career prospects in a fast paced and growing business 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro‑rated for fixed‑term contract) Company‑funded private health insurance and access to Smart Health Discretionary bonus scheme 50% staff discountSummer hours- 3pm finishes every Friday throughout June, July & August Bespoke induction support and ongoing development to help you thrive in your new role A welcoming and inspiring work‑environment - take advantage of Yoga classes, social activities, an early finish on pay day and more Seniority level Associate Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industry Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
