HubSpot Systems Administrator required to join a boutique hospitality group to support key technology that underpins wider business operations. Behind the scenes, the company’s modern digital ecosystem plays a vital role in delivering high-end luxury experiences and now they are looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and develop the company’s HubSpot CRM platform and other Saas platforms, ensuring they run smoothly across all brands and departments.

This role will be at the centre of connecting teams, data, and systems by helping marketing, sales, and operations work together seamlessly. From building configuring and customising software to managing integrations with varied internal systems, this person will make sure the platforms are fit for purpose and aligned to business requirements. The successful candidate will also be the go-to contact for system maintenance, user support, training, and data quality, ensuring that HubSpot remains accurate, compliant, and future-ready.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a systems administration or similar technical role, ideally within the hospitality or lifestyle sector. They’ll bring proven expertise in HubSpot CRM, along with a strong grasp of system integrations, APIs, and data management.
