Project Manager – Events Agency Location: West Midlands. This is a full-time role; 2–3 days per week in the office, remainder remote. About the Agency Blank Space Recruitment is an award-winning events agency specialising in large‑scale conferences, award ceremonies, and other high‑profile events. Role Overview The Event Project Manager will lead large‑scale projects from concept to completion, coordinating event logistics, production, creative and content. You will be the client‑facing lynchpin, managing budgets, timelines and a team of internal departments, external suppliers and venues. Responsibilities Lead event projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Coordinate logistics, production, creative, content and vendor/supplier relationships. Manage a budget in excess of £250k and oversee delegate management. Lead on‑site execution and ensure seamless event delivery. Provide client updates, status reports and recommend improvements. Qualifications Proven experience delivering large‑scale events in an events agency or similar environment. Strong budgeting skills and experience managing multi‑hundred‑thousand‑pound budgets. Excellent logistical and delegate management abilities. Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills. Ability to travel for events, with 2–3 days on site per week in the West Midlands office.
