**Interim Requirement - IT Project Manager - West Midlands**

Venn Group is currently recruiting for an **IT Project Manager**for an organisation based in the West Midlands

**This is an interim contract of three months offering £200 per day via an umbrella company Inside IR35**.

**Duties will include**:

- Interpreting, investigating and resolving complex issues were there may be a range of options available
- Providing specialist advice across a range of IM&T issues, undertaking complex and detailed information analysis of specific projects
- Monitoring and track risks and issues and its proactive resolution and escalation processes
- Providing coordination of and participate in relevant meetings, reporting and providing information advice and support where requested
- Working with Senior Manager and key stakeholder to investigate the causes of any variance from plan/delivery targets and contribute to the implementation of solutions
- Proactively communicate and consult with key stakeholders to ensure they are briefed on development on all phases of the project
- Responsible for the creation of PRINCE2 project documentation and support for others in the creation/management of project documents
- Liaising with appropriate functions within the organisation, other NHS organisations and other non-NHS organisations
- Developing best practice protocols and share these across the organisation
- Contributing to the financial delivery of the service ensuring it is cost effective and delivered on time
- Responsible for preparation of correspondence and complex papers, as directed by the delivery programme manager
- Delivering against organisational objectives and achieving quality outcomes
- Supporting the senior manager on the targeting of monitoring, implementing, evaluating and delivery of plans by providing sophisticated, high quality information and analysis
- Delivering project/function outcomes, value for money and greater efficiency within the organisations budget
