Job Description What you’ll do As Account Manager for the UK & Ireland B2B channel, you will play a vital role in strengthening our presence with distributors, resellers, and end users. You’ll spend much of your time in the field, building relationships on reseller and distribution floors, supporting customer needs, and uncovering new business opportunities. Reporting to the National Account Manager for B2B, you will support the delivery of sales targets through relationship development, bid support, and hands‑on customer engagement. You’ll also act as a product champion, ensuring our technology is front of mind for partners and end users alike. How you’ll do it Build and maintain strong relationships with UK & Ireland B2B distributors, resellers, and end users. Spend significant time in the market, on customer floors and sites, identifying opportunities, strengthening visibility, and supporting sales. Support the development of bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring tailored solutions meet customer requirements. Provide support to end users when required, helping them understand and adopt our technology. Collaborate with the National Account Manager on commercial planning, account development, and sales strategy execution. Monitor and report on account performance, customer activity, and pipeline opportunities. Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product to align campaigns and ensure excellent service delivery. Represent the company at reseller events, trade shows, and customer meetings, driving visibility and building networks. Champion our products with energy and passion, positioning yourself as a credible advocate for our technology. Contribute to a positive and collaborative sales culture, supporting colleagues and sharing insights. What you’ll need A strong interest in technology and consumer electronics, with enthusiasm for product innovation. Excellent relationship‑building skills, comfortable engaging with distributors, resellers, and end users. Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and convert them into results. Confident communicator with strong presentation skills. Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage a varied, field‑based workload. Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland. What you’ve done 1–3 years’ experience in B2B account management, sales, or channel / distribution roles. Experience building relationships with distributors, resellers, or end users. Exposure to bids, tenders, or supporting commercial proposals. Delivered results in a customer‑facing, field‑based role. Background in technology, consumer electronics, or related B2B sectors is desirable.
