As an independent testing company with a global network, we support our partners with innovative solutions to make technologies, systems and processes safe, efficient and sustainable.In this responsible role as Global HSE Expert Products (f/m/d), you will actively shape the global safety and environmental strategy of the business unit and make a significant contribution to the further development of our HSE culture and processes.Activities & Responsibilities■ You will advance the existing HSE culture within the Business Stream Products (BS P) and support the management of specific training programs and process related risk and opportunity management.■ You will advise and support the global and regional management of BS P in the implementation, development and maintenance of the HSE management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.■ You will support the regions in implementing procedures and transferring best practices to different business areas for HSE compliance.■ You will monitor and analyse HSE key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the continuous improvement of processes, standards, guidelines and tools.■ You promote dialogue between the corporate and regional HSE teams and appointed BS P HSE ambassadors to ensure optimal cooperation and the further development of integrated management approaches.■ You will advise managers on budget planning and the strategic definition of HSE measures to ensure their effective implementation.Experience & Further Qualifications■ Completed Bachelor's degree preferably in a technical field (e.g. engineering, quality management)■ At least 7 years of professional experience in the HSE field■ Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25-50%)■ Business fluent in English (C1 level), knowledge of German is an advantage■ High level of initiative and a strong hands-on mentality with a practical approach to workContact person for questions about the position or the application processWe only accept applications submitted online through our application system.
