OverviewJoin to apply for the Account Manager (m/f/d) UK role at IPG AutomotiveLocation: Birmingham, England, United KingdomResponsibilitiesDevelop leads within OEMs’ supply chains and service providers to deliver sales of solutions for virtual vehicle development to customers in the UK regionUnderstand the customer's needs and deliver examples of solutions that demonstrate clear capabilityNurture and maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction with IPG products and services, acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their goalsCreate and execute weekly, targeted contact plans for the various customer domains (e.g. vehicle dynamics, ADAS, powertrain)Identify and resolve client concerns; recommend a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the futureWork directly with the engineering teams to ensure customer project requirements are metRemain up to date on IPG products and services.
