Positive Behaviour Practitioner V1060 Salary: £25,618 pa, pro rata (Grade 2B). 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Term Time Only (0.86 FTE). Excellent suite of total reward benefits. We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated individual to support, influence and improve behaviour standards of our students throughout the organisation. The successful candidate will have a proactive and visible presence on campus, challenging unsafe behaviours and educating learners so they can make better choices to support their learning whilst at the College. You will have significant experience of working young people with behaviours that are challenging at times and dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with an organised, positive attitude to work, with the ability to demonstrate negotiating and influencing skills.
