About the Role: Cognita is modernising its global data landscape—building a new Hub & Spoke Lakehouse platform, expanding analytics capability, and scaling AI & ML across the organisation. We’re seeking a hands-on Data Delivery Lead to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to this transformation. In this role, you’ll drive agile delivery across our Data, Analytics and AI portfolio. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Group and Regions to shape requirements, refine scope, and translate complex business and technical needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans. You’ll engage regularly with engineering and analytics teams, understand technical constraints, and guide work through to predictable, high-quality outcomes. You will run all SCRUM ceremonies, manage the backlog in Azure DevOps, coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams, and keep delivery on track. Working across Group and Regional Data teams, off-shore and 3rd party contractors & partners, you will help deliver key initiatives including our Lakehouse platform, new data pipelines, analytics products, and emerging AI solutions such as Cognita’s AI Assistant. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves structured delivery, enjoys collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders, and wants to play a meaningful part in shaping Cognita’s global data and AI capabilities. Who We Are Looking For: You are an experienced agile delivery professional who can turn business needs into structured, actionable plans. You’re confident working with technical teams, able to break down complex or ambiguous requirements, and skilled at ensuring teams stay aligned, unblocked, and focused. You will bring experience delivering data, analytics, or engineering workstreams, alongside strong familiarity with SCRUM practices and tools such as Azure DevOps. You can gather and document requirements, shape epics and user stories, and keep work flowing in a fast-moving environment. Clear communication, structured working habits, and proactive risk management are essential. Experience working in cloud data environments, coordinating external delivery partners, or supporting global teams is highly valuable. Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, or AI/ML tooling is beneficial, as are certifications in agile delivery, business analysis, or project management—practical experience matters the most. This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of two days per week in our London office.
