Win as a Team We are currently recruiting for an Data Delivery Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at Intact. We can consider multiple locations for this role. You’ll make an impact by As the Data Delivery Lead you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex data projects. You will develop and implement comprehensive, structured delivery plans covering the entire data lifecycle for projects or programmes. You will ensure these plans include feature release schedules, dependencies, risk management, and change management processes. You will oversee the governance of complex data delivery projects, ensuring they adhere to defined timelines, scope, reporting and budgets. You will manage the incremental release of data features and capabilities in line with programme priorities, ensuring delivery is iterative and scalable. You will identify and manage risks, interdependencies, and issues throughout the delivery process, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and escalating concerns when necessary. You will apply knowledge of insurance data structures, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices to guide the delivery of compliant and reliable data solutions. Your Skills And Experience To be successful in this role you will have : Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of complex data projects. You will have experience in managing and communicating with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business and technical teams. You will have experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools like Jira, Confluence, etc. You will have experience in managing risks, issues, interdependencies, and change across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You will have implementation experience of cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks) and data projects. You will have knowledge of analytics and BI tools like Power BI for visualizing data and delivering insights. You will have an understanding of data management principles and implementation using tools such as Microsoft Purview, Ataccama.
