At LSH Auto, we are looking for an enthusiastic New Car Sales Executive to join our team and help drive our sales to the next level You will play a crucial role in showcasing the latest models and encouraging customers to choose their ideal vehicle. Responsibilities Build rapport with customers Conduct vehicle presentations Guide customers through the sales process to deliver an enjoyable and informative experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Valid UK driving licence Desired Qualities Driven, self‑motivated, and enthusiastic about automotive sales Strong interest in the latest vehicle features and technologies Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced environment Negotiation skills that lead to successful closing of deals Salary & Hours Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £25,467 with uncapped OTE plus a company car or car allowance Benefits Colleague Referral Scheme (£500 - £1,000) A range of Mercedes Benz training and leadership programmes Platinum Plus Rewards Scheme Colleague Car Purchase Scheme Eye care Vouchers Life Assurance (4 × annual salary) 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), rising to 38 days with length of service Wellbeing Support Company Pension On-site gym Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
