Location: Malton, North Yorkshire, UKWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Responsibilities Lead the planning team, providing clear leadership and vision. Develop and implement planning strategies for production and supply chain. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, production, finance) and external partners. Resolve complex and integrated problems, delivering swift conclusions. Prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Experience & Skills Extensive planning experience within the food or FMCG sector. Commercially aware, entrepreneurial and an effective influencer. Strong IT skills, including advanced MS Excel. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP planning systems. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving ability. Ability to prioritise and work within tight deadlines.
