Job Details Teaching Assistant - English as an Additional Language (EAL) Specialist Location: Burnley Contract: Flexible - Temporary with potential for long-term Start Date: Flexible Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications What You'll Be Doing Supporting pupils who speak English as an additional language to develop confidence and fluency. Working closely with teachers to adapt resources and ensure inclusive learning. Providing small group and one-to-one support tailored to individuals' needs. Encouraging progress in both language and wider curriculum areas. What We're Looking For TEFL, ESOL or similar qualification, or proven experience teaching English as a foreign language. A positive, proactive approach and excellent communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff. Flexibility and enthusiasm for supporting learning across the school.
