Teaching Assistant 2 & Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant (Laughton Community Primary School) Location: Laughton Community Primary School, Church Ln, Laughton, Lewes BN8 6AH Hours of work: 32.5 hours per week (TA 27.5 hrs & MDSA 5 hrs) Working pattern: Part‑time, Term‑time only – 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave (pro‑rata salary) Fixed term: 18 months. Commit to celebrating diversity and inclusion. Promote positive play during playtimes. Qualifications: Suitable for a TA Grade 3 and MDSA Grade 2 role (skills, experience may be considered). Knowledge of safeguarding and commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. Enhanced DBS check (subject to pre‑employment checks). Compliance with the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018 – candidate must declare not disqualified.
