Our small, friendly and supportive school is looking to recruit a TA2 (27.5hrs) and MDSA (5hrs) from January 2026
The successful candidate will:
- Be able to work with a group of pupils, understanding and using the group dynamics to promote group effectiveness and support group and individual performance
- Have vision, energy and enthusiasm
- Be able to motivate and inspire children and adults
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Have a good understanding of meeting the needs of vulnerable learners
- Be committed to celebrating diversity and inclusion
