We are seeking an experienced, proactive, administrator to support the Household Office in the smooth processing of general administration. About the role You will be responsible for supporting people processes, which will include the completion and issuing of staff rotas, the use of time and attendance software (Rotageek) to enter and track colleague hours and highlight variances. You will process the hours recorded in Rotageek for the monthly payroll, record and monitor time in lieu hours, and maintain absence management records. You will also support the private team with updating Saeker (the health and safety system) as required for inductions, safe working practices, and manual training. Other duties will include ordering supplies for the various household teams, collating invoices, answering the telephone, assisting with household event preparations, e.g. table plans, and other administrative tasks as required. This is a part-time, permanent, year-round position working 24 hours per week. We’re ideally looking for someone to work four days per week, but we’re open to flexible options—let’s talk about what could work for you This role will require a basic DBS check. About you You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality at all times. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated by the ability to build team relationships effectively and the ability to liaise with external contractors and suppliers. You will be able to demonstrate superb time management, exemplary attention to detail and a strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications will be beneficial.
