Senior/Principal Landscape Planner – London We are looking for an experienced Landscape Planner to join our Environment team in our London office. This opportunity is open for candidates at either Senior or Principal grade. Our goal is to appoint the best candidate to support us in delivering exceptional service that fosters sustainable and successful development for our expanding client base. Your responsibilities will include delivering landscape and visual impact assessments (LVIA), townscape and visual impact assessments (TVIA), and related workstreams such as strategic planning and mitigation. You will also be involved in appeal work for sites in sensitive landscapes, working with leading legal counsel, and undertaking bespoke landscape and visual analysis. Areas of expertise A degree or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture; Chartered Member of Landscape Institute; Proven understanding and experience in LVIA’s, feasibility studies, landscape planning and design, supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies; A track record in the energy sector; An experienced professional with strong technical report writing skills; Demonstrated successful project management and effective organisational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently; An ability to be proactive, strategic and analytical in your approach to support our client’s requirements.
