Senior/Principal Landscape Planner – London 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants LondonEnvironmentFull Time We are looking for an experienced Landscape Planner to join our Environment team in our London office. This opportunity is open for candidates at either Senior or Principal grade. Our goal is to appoint the best candidate to support us in delivering exceptional service that fosters sustainable and successful development for our expanding client base. Key Responsibilities Deliver landscape and visual impact assessment (LVIA), townscape and visual impact assessments (TVIA) and related workstreams such as strategic planning and mitigation. Explore innovative landscape techniques that create sustainable and successful developments for our clients. Collaborate with clients, teams and community members to enhance environments, including involvement in appeal work for sites in sensitive landscapes working with leading UK legal counsel. Apply keen eye for detail and undertake bespoke landscape and visual analysis. Key Qualifications A degree or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture. Chartered Member of Landscape Institute. Proven understanding and experience in LVIA’s, feasibility studies, landscape planning and design, supporting landscape statements and mitigation strategies. A track record in the energy sector. Strong technical report writing skills. Successful project management and effective organisational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Proactive, strategic and analytical approach to support clients’ requirements.
