Process Improvement Lead at Kraft Heinz Location: Kitt Green, Wigan, UK Salary: £32,900 + 20% bonus (awarded on individual & business performance) Working hours: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑16:30 Who are we? Purpose of the Role As Process Improvement Lead, you will identify and reduce losses while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within our Operations team. You’ll spend much of your time in production, gaining deep process knowledge, analysing loss data, and formulating actionable improvement plans. Your insights will feed into daily and weekly performance meetings, supporting data‑driven strategic discussions and decision‑making. Successful execution of improvement plans will position you for future leadership roles across Continuous Improvement, EHS, Quality or Operations.
