Purpose of the Position The incumbent in this position will act as an Analyst within the Private Credit Core Portfolio Management (“Credit Core PM”) function, supporting the team in achieving its objectives. The Core PM function is a centralised team covering all private market asset classes into which Pantheon invests. Core PMs are at the intersection of our client expectations & outcomes, our investment process and our operating platform. The team harnesses data and analytics required to support portfolio construction decisions from a single, cohesive and consistent set of processes and platforms. The team collaborates with investment leaders in portfolio monitoring activities including analysing performance, exposures and financial/operating health of portfolio companies in a consistent and repeatable manner. Core PMs curate analytical content for clients & prospective investors leveraging Pantheon’s data platform.
