About The Role To support the coordination of facilities service delivery at School and to support the OCS Site Manager in the provision of building services. Work duties to include FM Administration, supporting completion of PPM schedules, sub‑contractor management, inductions and documentation, pre‑audit preparation, requesting quotations and completion documentation from sub‑contractors and suppliers. Effective liaison with external sub‑contract and supply partners is required. The role is Monday – Friday. Responsibilities Support the coordination of facilities service delivery at School and assist the OCS Site Manager with the provision of building services. Perform FM Administration tasks, support completion of PPM schedules, manage sub‑contractors, conduct inductions and maintain documentation. Prepare pre‑audits, request quotations and obtain completion documentation from sub‑contractors and suppliers. Maintain effective liaison with external sub‑contract and supply partners. Qualifications Right to work in the UK. Clearance: an enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate. NVQ/NEBOSH or IOSH Certificate desirable; training can be provided. Previous use of CAFM is advantageous. IT literate, competent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Relevant background and experience to effectively deliver the role.
