️ Assistant Facilities Manager Location: Solihull Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm Time Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively on this opportunityAbout the RoleTime Recruitment is partnering with a leading property management firm to recruit an Assistant Facilities Manager for a prestigious site in the West Midlands. This is a hands-on role supporting the Facilities Manager and senior leadership team in delivering exceptional service standards across a diverse property portfolio.Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of commercial buildings- Conduct regular property inspections and log findings- Monitor contractor and supplier performance- Assist in drafting and managing service charge budgets- Ensure accurate utility meter readings and data management- Maintain compliance with company policies and legislative frameworks- Deliver outstanding service to clients and tenants- Identify risks and escalate to management- Suggest process improvements and support innovationIdeal Candidate- Proven experience in facilities or property management- Strong communication and organisational skills- IOSH certification desirable- Full UK driving licence required- Proactive, accountable, and service-oriented- Comfortable with technology and change- Values-driven with a collaborative mindsetBenefits- Competitive salary up to £40,000- Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking property team- Career development and training support- Inclusive, values-led working environment
