Acting as a deputy to the PMO Lead, the PCM will workacross multidisciplinary teams to maintain baseline management, performance reporting, and project control excellence within a high-security infrastructure programme.What you will be doing:Oversee and support the delivery of strategic initiatives and PMO tasks.Coordinate cross-discipline and cross-partner integration efforts.Lead baseline management and earned value performance monitoring.Line manage PMO team members and provide subject matter guidance.Deputise for the PMO Lead when required.Contribute to resource planning and operational PMO support activities.Formal qualifications or training:Practitioner-level qualifications such as MSP or APMG, or equivalent experience.Strong experience in project controls disciplines including trend/change management, earned value, and scope management.Proven track record in fast-paced, complex project environments.Experience in large infrastructure programmes; nuclear or high-security sector experience is desirable.Make a Difference with DBD:At DBD, we know you're looking for more than just a job - you aspire to make a real impact in the nuclear industry.
