We are looking for a kind and passionate Senior Tenancy Support Worker to join our team in Swansea. Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, permanent contract. You will provide person centred support to our tenants setting up budget plans, understanding and maximising their benefits entitlements, supporting tenants to settle in their new homes. Work with tenants to build their resilience and enable their independence.A key focus of the project is supporting people at imminent risk of losing their accommodation to take the necessary steps to prevent homelessness.This is an exciting role where no two days are the same, you will engage with our service users by providing individually tailored tenancy related support, building their resilience and enabling them to make informed choices about their future.About youYou’ll be a compassionate, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to equality and inclusion.
