We are renowned for being one of the largest producers of precast concrete in Australia With our operations now expanding across QLD, WA NSW, ACT, VIC, and SA across 29 different sites Job Description As the Despatch Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and coordinating the smooth delivery of products to customers, ensuring everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. You’ll work closely with our Customer Service, Production, and Sales teams to make it happen. You'll undertake a variety of activities including: Coordinatingdelivery requirements with customers and internal teams. Arrangingfreight bookings and optimisingdelivery plans for efficiency. Managingstock transfers between branches and maintain accurate inventory records. Tracking goods in and out, verifying quantities, and ensuringcompliance with weight and safety regulations. Processing transport orders, invoices, and assisting with reporting. Access to a variety of discounts and services through the Flare Benefits Platform Ongoing training and development opportunities.
