NQA UK Digital Project Manager Department: Commercial Location: Flexible / Hybrid About The Role As Digital Project Manager at NQA, you’ll lead the strategic rebuild of our corporate website, ensuring it becomes a high-performing, lead-generating platform aligned with our commercial goals. This 12-month fixed-term contract sits within the Commercial / Marketing. You’ll combine expert project management with digital marketing know-how - particularly in SEO, UX, and analytics, to deliver measurable business outcomes. This hybrid role offers flexibility between remote working and time at Warwick House, and involves leading internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead the full lifecycle of the website rebuild project from planning to launch. Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders. Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and external agencies. Provide regular progress reports to the Marketing Manager and Commercial Director. Digital Marketing and UX Embed SEO, UX, and lead generation best practices into the rebuild. Shape content strategy, site structure, and user journeys. Set KPIs and success metrics (traffic, conversions, leads). Ensure analytics and tracking tools are correctly implemented. Stakeholder and Supplier Management Act as the main liaison between NQA and external suppliers. Build strong relationships with senior leaders and technical teams. Align project outcomes with broader organisational goals and brand strategy. General Requirements Uphold NQA’s values of quality, integrity, and client focus. Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, and accessibility standards. Take on additional duties as needed to ensure successful delivery. Skills & Competences Essential Proven experience leading website rebuilds or digital transformation projects. Strong project management skills (scoping, planning, risk management). Hands‑on knowledge of SEO, UX, content strategy, and analytics. Experience managing agencies and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Desirable Experience in B2B services or regulated / certification environments. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Kentico, WordPress) and marketing automation tools. Background in lead generation and conversion rate optimisation. Project management qualifications (Prince2, PMP, Agile). CPD in digital marketing, SEO, or UX. Why Join Us?
