This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take on a senior role in a supportive and dynamic firm.*Key Responsibilities:** Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters* Handling re-mortgage work with efficiency and accuracy* Assisting and supporting the Head of Department with departmental management tasks* Ensuring excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships* Working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines*Essential Requirements:** A minimum of *5 years PQE* in conveyancing (solicitor or licensed conveyancer)* Strong experience in *re-mortgage work** Proven ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently*Desirable (Premium Offered):** Experience with *bridging finance transactions**Personal Qualities:** Approachable and professional manner* Friendly and collaborative team player* Ability to remain calm and perform xsabvtc under pressure* Strong organisational and communication skills*What We Offer:** Competitive salary with consideration of a premium for bridging finance expertise* Office-based working environment with supportive colleagues* Opportunity to take on a senior role and make a real impact within the departmentJob Type: Full-timePay: £55,000.00-£70,000.
