Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled *Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer* to join our busy team as the *number two to the Head of Department*. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to take on a senior role in a supportive and dynamic firm. *Key Responsibilities:** Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters * Handling re-mortgage work with efficiency and accuracy * Assisting and supporting the Head of Department with departmental management tasks * Ensuring excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships * Working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines *Essential Requirements:** A minimum of *5 years PQE* in conveyancing (solicitor or licensed conveyancer)* Strong experience in *re-mortgage work** Proven ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently *Desirable (Premium Offered):** Experience with *bridging finance transactions**Personal Qualities:** Approachable and professional manner * Friendly and collaborative team player * Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure * Strong organisational and communication skills *What We Offer:** Competitive salary with consideration of a premium for bridging finance expertise xsabvtc * Office-based working environment with supportive colleagues * Opportunity to take on a senior role and make a real impact within the department Job Type: Full-time Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking * On-site parking Experience: * Conveyancing/Bridging: 5 years (preferred) Work authorisation: * United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person
