Their ethos is simple: aim for the best in everything they do.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and creative Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Designer to join our client’s busy Solihull showroom. Working as part of a friendly and passionate team, you will welcome customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the design and sales journey.You will design and sell luxury kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms, supported by excellent in-house training, marketing, and industry-leading products. If you have a passion for interiors, strong sales abilities, and great attention to detail, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a thriving company.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide a professional, welcoming showroom experience.Design bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms using CAD software (ideally Winner).Conduct design consultations both in person and remotely.Present design concepts confidently and clearly.Manage customer projects from initial enquiry through to final sale.Work with industry-leading manufacturers to create tailored design solutions.Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with interior trends.Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently aim to exceed expectations.Work closely with the wider design and marketing teams to maximise opportunities.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in KBB design or a related field preferred.CAD proficiency, ideally with Winner software.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Confident, motivated, and proactive, with the ability to work independently.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for interiors and design.Sales experience with a positive, can-do attitude.Benefits£30,000 base salaryOTE £50,000+ (2% commission on all sales over £500)Annual £5,000 bonus for hitting sales targets (pro-rated monthly)Company pensionFree on-site parkingFull training and ongoing development opportunitiesWorking as part of a supportive, award-winning teamHow to ApplyThis position is being handled by KBB Recruitment.To apply, please send your CV and a brief covering note to(url removed)or contact Amber on(phone number removed).KBB Recruitment are acting as the employment agency for this position #J-18808-Ljbffr
