Operations Director A well‑established, fast‑growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join its Leadership Team and play a key role in the next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the operational strategy aligned with business goals. Lead day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring efficient production planning and achievement of budgeted output. Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee procurement, stock, WIP, packing, despatch and facilities management. Build, coach and develop a high‑performing operational team. Ensure effective resolution of customer issues and embed learnings. Contribute fully as a member of the Leadership Team, supporting strategic planning and performance oversight. Experience Required Extensive senior operations leadership in SME manufacturing. Strong background in short‑run/FMCG environments and world‑class manufacturing standards. Proven track record delivering Lean/modern manufacturing improvements. Commercially astute, strategically minded and operationally hands‑on. Inspirational leadership style with the ability to develop high‑performing teams. Desirable: experience in print, flexo, digital, tape or label manufacturing. Strong planning, data analysis and IT skills. Salary commensurate with skills and experience, IRO £70‑80,000 plus car allowance plus bonus and benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
