This team in the UKI is growing, with net new growth headcount released to support market demand.RoleEnterprise Account Executive, Auth0 – The Auth0 Large Enterprise Account Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and driving significant revenue growth. You will demonstrate the profound value of our platform to Application Development teams, including Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture leaders. This role focuses on building lasting partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure continued success and expansion with Auth0.What you’ll doDrive New Business Growth: Proactively generate and nurture top-of-funnel activity to create a robust pipeline of new customer opportunities.Master the Sales Cycle: Execute every sales engagement with precision, leveraging a methodical and controlled sales approach to navigate complex deals.Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans, demonstrate strong operational excellence, and deliver accurate forecasts.Engage Technical Audiences: Employ a sophisticated bottom-up, top-down strategy to effectively target and engage Developers, Engineering Leaders, and other technical stakeholders.Achieve and Exceed Targets: Skillfully scope, negotiate, and close agreements, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue quotas.Cultivate Internal Partnerships: Build and foster strong, collaborative relationships within the Okta ecosystem (SDRs, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless customer experiences.Deliver Value-Driven Insights: Use a value-based sales approach with a compelling point of view in every customer interaction.Travel as needed to meet customers and understand their needs firsthand.What you’ll bringProven Enterprise SaaS Sales Success: Track record of selling complex enterprise SaaS products to large organizations.Technical Sales Acumen: Experience selling to highly technical customer profiles.Executive Engagement: Ability to educate and create demand with C-level decision-makers, articulating the business value of Auth0.Hunter Mentality: Passion for acquiring and expanding new logo accounts.Complex Deal Navigation: Ability to navigate intricate sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.Technical Curiosity: Strong technical aptitude and a desire to continuously learn new technologies.Sales Framework Expertise: Experience with structured sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.What you can look forward to as a Full-Time Okta employeeAmazing BenefitsMaking Social ImpactDeveloping Talent and Fostering Connection + Community at OktaOkta cultivates a dynamic work environment with tools, technology, and benefits to empower employees to work productively in a setting that best suits their needs.
