The Desktop / Helpdesk Support Consultant will serve as the primary onsite technical resource, delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across user endpoints, collaboration tools, and core business systems. The consultant will ensure continuity of IT services and uphold high standards of customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily desktop support for Windows 10 / 11 and macOS environments, including hardware and software diagnostics and remediation.Configure and deploy workstations, peripherals, user accounts, and application access.Support mobile devices and perform basic network troubleshooting (wired / wireless). #J-18808-Ljbffr
